More bubbles.....

Puzzle Loveliness

The last 6 weeks have been a bit crazy around here. With bits and pieces of 3 conventions, company, yardwork, potlucks, etc.....busy, busy....though we did find time to put a puzszle together. :) Isn't it a lovely one. 8 different butterfly scenes. Puzzles are generally a winter project around here but I've had this one sitting on my dresser calling my name for several weeks now.........

Sunday Morning Meeting

One of the ladies in our meeting is moving to the Midwest so we had a potluck after meeting last Sunday. We also invited a professional photographer to come and take pics of our meeting (as a group) as well as all the couples/families individually. These aren't pics that he took, though some turned out quite nice. Sun washed a few of us out in the group pic. Was a lovely day for a potluck outside.

Birthday cake for Grandma

The bottom cake is coconut/walnut and the top is a butter cake. The filling between the layers is sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. And the frosting is buttercream.

This is carrot cake with grated apples and pear. Cream cheese frosting.
